Otherwise our normal cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation until 45 days before arrival: free of charge.
- Cancellation from 45 to 30 days before arrival: 50 € handling fee
- Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
- For non-arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online.

- Your room will be ready for you from 14.00 on the day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate the room by 11.00 on the day of your departure.
- The prices given are per person including half-board in a double room
- Child prices are valid in the room with the parents and two full pay adults.Up to 2,9 years € 25, 3 to 5 years – 50 %, 6 to 12 years – 25 % and 13 years and older: – 20%
- The prices given do not include the tourism tax of 3,20 per person (from 14 years) and day.
- Four- legged companions. For your dog we charge 15 € per day without food.
